Hi, I’m Kayla — the designer behind Kayla Ann Designs.

I’m drawn to spaces that feel calm and elegant, the kind that don’t try too hard but still feel special. I value proportion, flow, and the details that quietly shape how a home feels day to day. For me, luxury shows up in subtle ways — in texture, in restraint, and in how a space functions just as beautifully as it looks.

I approach each project with an architectural mindset and a very hands-on process. I love digging into layouts, refining the bones of a space, and then layering in materials and finishes that feel warm, intentional, and collected over time — never rushed or overly styled.

Because I run a boutique studio, I’m involved in every step of the process. I work closely with my clients, value open communication, and believe the best results come from collaboration and trust. My goal is always the same: to create homes that feel refined, grounded, and uniquely iconic.
